The Brewers, Dodgers, Red Sox and Astros have made it past the Division Series and are moving one step closer to a World Series trophy.

The Brewers were first to punch their ticket to the NLCS as they swept the Rockies. Christian Yelich and the rest of the Brew Crew search for four more wins against the Dodgers, who knocked out the Braves in four games.

On the AL side, George Springer launched three home runs to secure a sweep over the Indians. Leaving the final spot open to an AL East rival, the Red Sox prevailed in four games over the Yankees in the Bronx.

The Red Sox are searching for their fourth World Series title since 2004 and hoping to prevent Houston from winning back-to-back championships. With the addition of Manny Machado, the Dodgers are looking to get back into the World Series after falling to the Astros in 2017. Although the Brewers have not reached the NLCS since 2011, they are sporting an 11-game winning streak and are ready to reach the World Series stage for the first time since 1982.

MLB Players take to their social media to express their hype for advancing to the next round. Follow their playoff journey:
