SECURITY

Please note the area where the hotels are located (LA Live) will become highly congested this weekend with thousands of patrons congregating to ASW events as well as other events near the area.  Law Enforcement and private security are visible and present throughout all the areas our staff will be navigating.  Always stay alert and please notify Carlos if you have any questions regarding security or safety.  Please follow the same tips we discussed with NYPD a few weeks ago.

Saturday night will be extremely busy and active in and around all areas of the hotels as there will be a boxing match at Crypto Arena and two music concerts  (Novo and Microsoft Theatre).    

TICKETS & CREDENTIALS

Credentials: Melba will be distributing credentials at the JW Marriott beginning on Friday.  If you have any questions or issues reach out to her on her cell:  917-696-6708.

Tickets:  Tickets will be distributed as soon as possible.  Please make sure you have downloaded the MLB Ballpark App (This is where your tickets will be populated). 

TRANSPORTATION

As you normally would, please use Lyft/Uber to and from the airport.  There will be buses running from the hotels to Dodger Stadium.  You will be able to access the busses with your credential or the MLB Bus Pass located in the MLB App linked here (event code asg20222). Additionally, we have secured the following shuttle that will operate between the JW Marriott and the Player Party on Monday evening.  

PLAYER PARTY SHUTTLE | A & G WW CHAUFFEUR SERVICES +

  • Vehicle will be shuttling between the hotel and the party starting at 8:00pm and loop every 30 min till 10:30-11:00pm and at midnight starting shuttle back from City Market Social House to Hotel with 30 min loop.
