Minor League CBA

The Minor League Collective Bargaining Agreement establishes the terms and conditions of employment for Minor League players. Negotiated by the MLBPA following the unionization of Minor League Baseball, it addresses areas such as compensation, housing, travel, and workplace protections.

The agreement represents a significant step forward in providing structure, stability, and improved standards for players developing at every level of the game.

144 Players Become XX(B) Free Agents

144 players were declared XX(B) free agents at the conclusion of the 2026 season. Additional Players may become XX(B) free agents after their options are resolved or pending option decisions in their Uniform Player Contracts.
