The IT Department is responsible for the purchase, operation, and service of network systems and computer hardware and software operated and maintained by the Association to facilitate the entirety of services provided to Players. Housed both in the Association’s headquarters in Manhattan and in a separate secure facility, our IT systems enable the Association staff to be in constant contact with the Players both in the United States and abroad on a twenty-four hours a day basis. The department is also responsible for the installation and maintenance of all office equipment, email systems, data storage, document digitization, phone and video conferencing systems, and the Player App, as well as the security and functionality of the Player Association’s multiple databases.
